Invoices will be sent following Seller approval. All lots subject to seller approval.

Payment is due by Tuesday, December 17 at 2PM.
Address and contact for pickup will be given to winning bidders.

Pickup is by appointment only & must be completed by Thursday, December 19 at 2PM.
Please bring proper tools, assistance and transportation for removal of items.

All lots sold as is, where is. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium for guaranteed funds. Payment must be in guaranteed funds only which is cash, wire transfer, bank check or money order.
