The functionality of electric/electronic items are unknown. The authenticity of items have not been verified or guaranteed on any/all items. Items are are located in Poughkeepsie, NY. The high bidder must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, December 7 at 5pm. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, December 7 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 10PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & the gate access code must be picked up by Friday, December 5 at 3PM at the Absolute Auctions & Realty office in Pleasant Valley, NY.
