It’s Easy to Bid!

Step 1: Become a Member
Create an account at AARauctions.com to receive a username and password.
(If you already have an account, skip this step.)

Step 2: Register for the Auction — by the Deadline
Click the “Register for Auction” button before the registration deadline listed for the auction.
Late registrations cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form
After registering, you will receive a Google Form by email from
customerservice@absoluteauctionrealty.com.
This email is sent by our auction staff (not automated).
The form tells us how the deed should be recorded (individual, business name, or jointly). Don't see the form? Check your Junk or Spam folders as it may have landed there!

Step 4: Sign the Internet Bidding Packet
An Internet Bidding Packet will be sent by our staff via DocuSign approximately two weeks before the auction.

Step 5: Get Approved to Bid
Once all steps are completed and approved, your account will show “Yes” when bidding opens.
