The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday May 9th at 5PM. Anything left in the unit after Sunday May 9th will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The storage facility closes at 10:00PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction.
