Contents of two storage units being sold to settle the Estate of the storage unit owner. One 10'x15' climate controlled unit & one 10'x10' climate controlled unit. Contents include: Metro style shelving, antiques, collectibles, mid century modern furniture, bookcases, metal storage cabinet, boxes plus much more. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The winning bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Saturday July 31 at 2PM. Anything left in the unit after 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 31 will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. There is no dumpster on the property. The keys to the unit may be picked up at the Space For Rent office in Northampton weekdays 9AM - 5PM & Saturday, 9AM - 2PM. The storage facility closes weekdays at 5:00PM, the doors will be locked and the Buyer must leave the premises. To be allowed access to the buildings, the Buyer must present to the office their paid invoice and photo ID. These units are in secured climate controlled buildings and the doors must be unlocked by Spaces For Rent staff. Removal is only available Monday through Friday, 10AM - 5PM & Saturdays, 9AM - 2PM. Items are located in Northampton, MA.

Payment is due by Monday, July 26 at 3PM. All lots are subject to seller's confirmation.

Pickup must be completed by Saturday, July 31 at 2PM.
