Pickup must be completed by Saturday, March 23 at 5PM. Pickup note: The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Saturday, March 23 at 5PM. The gate access hours are seven days a week, 6AM - 10PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Saturday, March 23 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit and the gate code access to the storage facility will be given when picking up. This is by appointment.
