The functionality of electric/electronic items is unknown. The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday November 17at 5PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday November 17 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150. The storage facility gate access closes at 8 PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room numbers will only be given to winning bidders. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the lock on the unit & the gate code access to the storage facility will be given when picking up. This is by appointment with the Seller.
