Two PillarLock Pro Max Model #1511 plastic long gun cases. All lots are subject to all applicable laws at the time of transfer. NOTE: Semi automatic rifles and all handguns require a license in NYS. There is a $35 transfer fee per long gun. There is a $40 transfer fee per hand gun. There is a $20 transfer fee per ammunition lot. If you fail the background check, the transfer fee still applies, and you are still required to make payment and then reconsign the lot to auction. FFL dealers are not exempt from these fees. A background check will be required for all buyers purchasing a firearm that requires a FFL transfer. NYS will now require a background check fee for all firearms and ammunition.
