Pickup must be completed by Sunday, February 16 at 5PM. Pickup note: The high bidders must clean/take all & leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Sunday, February 16 at 5PM. The gate access is seven days, 7AM - 8PM. There is no dumpster on the property. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, February 16 at 5PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any unit not completely emptied by the above stated pickup deadline, the high bidder will incur a disposal fee of at least $150.
