#1 – Two Yurts made by Grandma Shirley Yurt Co. out of Vermont. The first yurt is 28' circumference in every direction. The second is a 16' circumference in every direction. The larger yurt was manufactured in 2020. The smaller was manufactured in 2022. The stilts that hold them up are between 4' & 5' tall. There is a four foot hallway in between them. Everything is removable, they're built to put up & take down.  It is not considered a permanent structure as it sits on elephant foot cylinder blocks. To make it a permanent structure it can be placed with concrete tubes into the ground. There is an inside canvas & an outside canvas with insulation in- between. The walls are 2" x 4"s that attach to the 2" x 4" that hold the roof up. They hook into a cable that holds the weight of the roof. There are 2"' x 6'’s that slide into a bracket that hold the main sections together. They have clear domes at the peak of the ceilings. The roof's five-panel domes are made of plexiglass glass. They are 3' x 3' down & wide. Both domes are the same size. There are four windows all together & French doors glass in the front .The walls are 6.5' tall & the highest peak is 11.5' on larger yurts &11' on smaller yurts. It has hardwood floors. They have the same electricity from a 100 amp panel. Electric is all MC cable to outlets & the panel still has 8 slots open to add whatever people would like. Electricity can be disconnected. A lattice-type wood inside walls that wraps around. There is a shower stall. The shower wasn’t hooked up but set up to make tin walls & an overhead rainbow shower but people could do what they chose. It was built in about three weeks by the manufacturer. The last four photos are from when the manufacturer assembled the yurts. It is just for representation. The deck shown in the photos is not included. The yurts are assembled. The high bidder would need to disassemble them. Seller has a tractor with a bucket that picks up about 2000lbs. to help load but be sure to bring proper manpower, tools/equipment, size vehicle to complete pickup.
